Good counsellors

Any suggestions on where to find good counsellors to help improve relationship or communication between parents & their teens?

Is fei yue free of charge ?
if not, anyone knows how much?

not sure about Fei Yue, but even Family Service Centres, run by the government charges $25 per hour
