Child abuser jailed

This morning i was reading the papers and i was greatly disturbed by this news of a 3 years old boy who died in hospital four days after being abused by his mother's boyfriend. It pains me to see things like this happening to little children. Children are sent from heaven, i believe and they are such innocent and blameless being, i urge all parents to please do your best to protect your little ones. I cannot fathom why fathers or mothers as the protector could ever let any harm to be inflicted upon your child. i would fight with my life to protect mine... as a single mother i am ever careful with the people i mix around with, let alone someone close, i will never befriend someone who has doubtful character and risk bringing harm to my child.
Thus, i am really outraged that any human being can inflict this type of harm and abuse to a little boy. Very very angry with the mother who did not stop this from happening!

Actually both the abuser and the mother should be punished severely to warn the rest of the people.

Yes, I can't understand why some people can resort to such violence for a young and defenceless child!

And also recently, there was another case of a father in Argentina who raped his 3 daughers and fathered 7 with one of them. All in with his 2 other marriages, he fathered 22 children! And the most atrocious thing was that he was only turned in after he attempted to rape one of this offspring who is both his daughter cum granddaughter.

Can't imagine why there are such fathers around..... honestly he should be dealt with most severly!

But, yes, I am deeply disturbed why dads take advantage of their very own flesh and blood?

And because I have a dd, I am very worried about going into another relationship and getting remarried.... ... after all, if a biological dad can do that to his own kid, whats more a step dad?

Well.... this topic is started here because i feel that all single parents should be mindful of who they befriend, though we have all gone through a bad relationship, it doesn't mean that we can't give ourselves a 2nd chance.... but at the same time while looking for a partner, we must also be very careful and selective as we are also responsible to protect our little ones.
